Laughing Layers — Return & Refund Policy

At Laughing Layers, every item is made just for you the moment you order it. Because our products are printed on-demand, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’ll make it right.

Damaged, Misprinted, or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at:

Include the following:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once approved, a replacement will be sent automatically.

Returns for Wrong Size or Change of Mind

Because each item is made specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

Please check our size guide carefully before purchasing.

Unauthorized Returns

Any items returned to our production facilities without approval will not be accepted and will not be refunded.
Please contact us before sending anything back.

Return Address

All returns must be approved first.
Once approved, we will provide the correct return address.

To protect our printing process and avoid delivery errors, packages sent without authorization will be rejected.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in these cases:

  • Order arrives damaged

  • Order is lost in transit

  • Wrong item received

  • Printing error or quality defect

Refunds (when applicable) are processed back to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for it to reflect on your bank or card.

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as Delivered but you did not receive it, please check the following first:

  • Neighbors

  • Front desk / mailroom

  • Building management

  • Household members

If still not found, contact us.
We will work with the carrier to investigate, but replacements or refunds may depend on the carrier’s findings.

Cancellations

Because your item begins production shortly after purchase, orders cannot be canceled once they have been sent to printing.
If you need to make a change, please contact us within 6 hours of your order time.
