ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS

Are your items printed on demand?

Yes! Every item is made-to-order just for you when you purchase. This helps reduce waste and lets us offer tons of unique designs.

Will the colors look exactly like what I see online?

We do our best to show accurate colors, but screens can vary. Slight differences in shade may occur due to lighting and printing methods.


SIZING & FIT

How do I choose the right size?

Every product page includes a size chart. Please measure carefully before ordering.
Since our apparel is printed on demand, we can’t accept returns for sizing issues.

Do your items run true to size?

Generally, yes. If a specific style runs smaller or larger, we note it in the product description.


ORDERS & SHIPPING

How long does it take to process my order?

Because items are printed after purchase, most orders take 2–5 business days to be made before shipping.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping typically takes:

  • U.S.: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Delays can happen due to holidays, weather, or carrier issues.

Do you offer tracking?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since everything is printed specially for your order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We will fix it!
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, email us within 7 days with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

We’ll replace it at no cost to you.

Do I need to send the item back?

Most of the time, no. We usually replace damaged or misprinted items without requiring a physical return.


SHIPPING ISSUES

My package says “Delivered” but I didn’t get it. What do I do?

Please check:

  • Your mailbox or porch

  • Neighbors

  • Your building office / mailroom

  • Household members

If still missing, email us and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.


CANCELLATIONS & ORDER CHANGES

Can I cancel or change my order?

We can only make changes within 6 hours of purchase since items go into production quickly.
After that, we cannot modify or cancel the order.


PAYMENTS

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay 

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. We never see your card details — all payments are processed securely through Shopify’s encrypted checkout.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and times will vary by location.

Will I have to pay customs fees?

Some countries charge customs or import duties. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.


GIFTS

Can I send an item as a gift?

Yes! Just enter the recipient’s address at checkout.
We don’t include price information in the packages.
